§ 1 scope of application
(1) The paddock campsite rules are valid for the use of the paddock area of the Jetski-Base premises at the lake Skado (Partwitzer See). These rules are valid for visitors, drivers and their teams, functional staff of the site administration and its contractual partners, representatives of media and press as well as for all other persons visiting the area of the paddock.
(2) The use of the paddock area is only permitted from 28 April 2017 to 30 September 2017.
(3) The use outside the hours mentioned before is not possible.
 
§ 2 registration
Please register at the site administration immediately upon arrival. Even in the event of a short stay a registration is necessary. It is not allowed for visitors to enter the paddock.
 
§ 3 notice of departure
Please give notice of your departure at the site administration.
 
§ 4 liability
(1) The use of the paddock as well as entering the complex is at your own risk and responsibility. Parents are liable for their children.
(2) Taking over of liability for material damage or financial loss caused to the user by an action of the site administration, their legal representatives or vicarious agents, in connection to the use of the paddock is only possible in case of intentional or grossly negligent neglect of duty. 
(3) In case of force majeure, bad weather conditions, regulatory actions or safety reasons, the site administration is entitled to make modifications when executing events or to cancel the events. In these cases no claims of the participants towards the site administration can be accepted, provided that the site administration did not intentionally cause the modification or cancellation or by negligent act.
(4) A limitation of liability will not happen in case of personal damage (harm of life, body or health) or breach of essential duties which are necessary to make the proper use of the paddock possible.
 
§ 5 Do´s and Dont´s
(1) Visitors shall avoid all actions that run counter to the up keeping of public safety or tidiness. Mutual recognition is demanded in order to avoid any harm or damage to others so that no one will be hindered or molested any further as avoidable.
(2) Open fires (camp fire etc.) as well setting fires outside signposted grill areas is prohibited. Implementing grill or cooking devices shall happen under consideration of general fire protection regulations (e.g. protective distance to inflammable substances and surveillance).
(3) Trading and commercial activities of any kind as well as the offering and selling of goods is not allowed unless made by the site administration.
(4) The (German) road traffic regulations apply (StVO). Do not exceed walking speed on the entire area of the paddock. Park your car on the car park in front of the paddock or on the assigned areas. Excluded hereof are vehicles of rescue services, fire brigade or mining authorities as well as vehicles of the site administration necessary for works. In the event of breaches of these regulations the site administration reserves the right to have vehicles towed away at the owner's expense. A storage relationship is not justified thereof.
(5) It is generally allowed to bring pets. The animal owner/animal supervisor must take care that impurities caused by pets will be removed immediately and other persons are not being disturbed. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the paddock area. Pets are not allowed to swim or to bath in the Jetski-Base of lake Partwitz.
(6) The area of the paddock must be left free of soil pollution (oil, cooling liquid etc.) and waste. The build-up of fences or enclosures of any kind is not allowed.
(7) The disposal and dumping of bulky waste or coarse garbage is prohibited. Only common household quantities of waste will be accepted during the whole stay at the paddock area. Please use the waste containers provided.
 
§ 6 behaviour in case of emergency
In case of emergency (e.g. in the event of fire) the responsible authorities as well as the site administration must be alarmed immediately. The users shall bring themselves to safety and provide first aid and attempt to extinguish a fire if necessary. Fire extinguishing equipment will be provided at the premises. Competent authorities:

§ 7 periods of rest / noise pollution
(1) Noise of any kind (e.g. loud music, screaming, bawling etc.) shall be avoided from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am (night´s rest). During this period of time no vehicles shall be moved within the area of the paddock. When using radios, TV´s, CD-players etc. please consider not to disturb other users.
(2) Any breach of these regulations can cause the ban from the paddock.
 
§ 8 road safety, contraventions
(1) Traffic safety duty and regulatory responsibility for the paddock are residing with the site administration.
(2) The site administration exerts the occupier’s rights. Instructions given by the site administration and its commissioned persons, are to be followed at all times and without delay. This applies especially when placing motor vehicles and vehicles of any other kind as well as tents or alike equipment.
(3) The exercise of the occupiers’ rights is including the possibility to temporarily deny access to persons to the paddock or to temporarily expel them from the paddock in order to ensure public safety or tidiness or to eliminate disturbs. This is also valid for breach of camp site rules, taking into account that these actions are necessary in the other visitors’ interests. For serious and repeated infringement, an indefinite exclusion order can be spoken out.
(4) Criminal actions will be reported to the police immediately.
 
§ 9 final provisions
(1) The paddock camp site rules will enter into force as of 15th February 2017.
(2) In addition to the paddock camp site rules, the land use act foreseen to the designated water surface for the operation of a jetboat centre of lake Skado (Partwitzer See) is valid too.
(3) In case that single provisions of these campsite rules are becoming partly or completely void or unfeasible, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining.
